Our client is a premium bottled water brand known for its luxury positioning. They are seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to drive regional growth by enhancing brand visibility, executing trade strategies, and strengthening retail and on-premise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships across both companies and collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
  • Coaching, training, and motivating distributor personnel to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets and channel/SKU/price strategy.
  • Delivering accurate monthly forecasts by channel and SKU.
  • Monitoring distributor stock, sell-out data, and performance reports to flag risks and recommend growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring excellent in-store execution and online with the merchandising team and marketing team during promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the distributor on branding and visibility of all permanent and temporary brand assets including events execution.
  • Managing invoices and monitoring actual spending against planned budgets via billbacks file for finance.
  • Analyzing in-market performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Identifying sales 'hotspots' via market mapping with a focus on daytime consumption customers and forwarding leads to the sales team.
  • Analyzing product performance to optimize sales strategies.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and pricing trends offline and online.
  • Participating in strategic planning and market reviews.
  • Supporting distributor meetings and presentations.
