SpecificResponsibilities

  • Collaboratein the development of design concepts mood boards and materialpalettes that meet project goals and clientexpectations.
  • Work with architects engineersand other project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design andseamless integration of interior elements with structural andmechanical systems.
  • Prepare detailed designdrawings technical specifications and material selections using CADand design software maintaining the highest standards of accuracyand quality.
  • Oversee the implementation ofdesign concepts through each phase of the project lifecycleincluding construction procurement andinstallation.
  • Assist in planning spatiallayouts focusing on flow ergonomics and functionality whilemaximizing the potential of each space.
  • Conductsite visits to monitor progress ensuring that design intent isrealized and that work meets design standards andspecifications.
  • Support client presentationsand maintain communication to gather feedback make necessaryadjustments and foster clientsatisfaction.
    • Experiencein interior design or related fields; commercial residential orhospitality project experiencepreferred.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUpRevit and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Ability tomanage multiple project components coordinate timelines and overseedesign execution.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication; ability to present ideas effectively to clients andteam members.
    • Strong eye for aesthetics colorand materiality with meticulous attention todetail.
    • Proactive approach to addressing designchallenges and finding creative practicalsolutions.
    • Team Player: Ability to thrive in acollaborative fastpaced and deadlinedrivenenvironment.
