  • Work closely with Senior RM'sin order to ensure superior client advisory. The senior PC willleverage key research to promote investment themes and conductportfolios reviews. EXPECTED Results and KPIs are: KPI achievementas per position objectives (Financial, Client Outcomes, Quality andControl), client satisfaction reflected in NPS (bottoms up), RMsatisfaction with the service provided by the PCs (valueadd)
  • Attend important client meetings andassist Senior RMs in addressing more complex client needs orrequests. Track evolution and potential concentration trends of theinvestment product portfolio and individual clients'portfolio in order to ensure alignment with Citi'sportfolio strategy.
  • Ensure full and best usageof advisory tools. Contribute to the further development of salesadvisory tools in order to ensure alignment with the bank'sstrategy and an optimal usage by RM's. Partner with ProductManagers to deliver top quality products by providing feedback;give inputs into development of the Investment Products offering inline with clients' needs, market opportunities and thebank's product development strategy. Monitor market trendsand work with Distribution and Product teams to recommend newproduct ideas.
  • Partner with the sales force toidentify product training needs and any special requirements. Withthe help of product specialists, ensure that the RMs or Clientknowledge / training needs are identified and addressed. Helpensure and balance through education that ALL products are offeredto ALL clients based on their needs and not limited to theclient's or RM's current knowledge of particularsolutions. Help spread knowledge of the innovations introduced byus more efficiently to the Senior RMs and clientbase.
  • Help organize and carry out client events(external) and staff macroeconomic updates(internal)
  • Coach more junior PCs on the art ofthe job as well as constantly train and improve their knowledge ofthe markets and investments and keep them up to date on ourviews.

Education and Careerbackgrounds

  • CFA Degree a strongpreference
  • Degree in a quantitative, finance oreconomics discipline is a must. MBA or other finance relatedpost-University degree is a plus
  • Strongunderstanding of financial market and economies, market topics andinvestment products
  • Strong productknowledge
  • 8+ years of experience in investmentadvisory / investment research / Investment productmanagement
  • Experienced and comfortable inpresenting to a variety of audiences, from small, focused groups tolarge conference venues, internal and externalaudiences
