  • Identify technical issuesor discrepancies and work with the engineering department toresolve them.
  • Ensure timelyprocurement of materials and services and monitor any potentialdelays.
  • Raise requests forinformation (RFIs) and variation notices whenrequired.
Reporting&Documentation
  • Maintainregular and detailed reports on project status including progressissues and financial updates for submission to seniormanagement.
  • Prepare and submittwoweek ahead project schedules and monthly progressreports.
  • Review daily projectreports from the site team and provide feedback to ensurecontinuous improvement.
  • Trackproject milestones and prepare project closeout documentation whenthe project iscomplete.
Safety&Compliance
  • Ensurethat the project site follows all necessary safety protocolsensuring a safe working environment for all teammembers.
  • Coordinate with consultantslocal authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all permitslicenses and approvals areobtained.


RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Landscape Architecture or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in landscape project management within the GCCregion.
Proven experience inmanaging largescale landscape projects from conception tocompletion.
Advanced knowledge ofproject management tools and software including Microsoft Excel andother financial systems.
Excellentleadership and team managementskills.
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to interact with clientseffectively vendors and project teams at alllevels.
Knowledge of landscapecontracting project budgeting and procurementprocesses.
Ability to manage risksand resolve complex problemsefficiently.
UAE driving license isrequired.
Strong attention to detailability to work under pressure and a track record of successfulprojectdelivery.
