We are constantly growing and are currentlylooking for a high caliber and seasoned Three(3) Planners (SeniorLevel) to join our top qualified andknowledgeable team in our newly awarded Oil & Gas projectin the Abu Dhabi UAE.

Role Summary:                                                                                                      
Working closely with thePlanning Manager and project team and leadingteam of project planners you will manage and oversee theplanning and scheduling for an EPC Oil & Gas project andyou will drive the corresponding reportingactivities.

What you will need todo:

  • Prepare ContractBaseline Schedule and / or Revised Schedules in coordination withthe Planning Manager and the projectteam
  • Assist the Planning Manager atproject start in the preparation of all reports and / or registersto assure the implementation of the followingprocedures:
    • Control ofPlanning & Scheduling
    • ProgressMeasurement
    • Reporting
      • Review theproject(s) schedule(s) updates done by the planner(s) and liaise& coordinate with the different project teams in order tomaintain proper progress recording and/or monitoring of theproject(s) schedule(s).
      • In coordination withthe Planning Manager highlights to the Projects Management anydeviation and / or delays from the approvedplan.
      • Participate in coordination withthe Planning Manager & the Project Controls Manager in thepreparation of claims & extension oftime.
      • Liaise and assist theProject Controls Manager in preparing weekly monthly reports budgetpreparation and maintains proper project planningrecords
      • Participate in periodicProject team meetings to elaborate the projects schedule and theprogress status
      • Record any suggested changesand / or deviations from the plan andadvice of its effect on theoverall schedule

Whatyou will need tohave:

  • Bachelors degreein engineering with preference to Mechanical discipline; Masterdegree in related areas will be highlywelcomed
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience asa Planner or in a relevant role for largescale complex projects.Previous experience with ADNOC projects isdesirable.
  • Demonstrated in depth experience inconstruction planning/scheduling cost control andestimating
  • Computer literacy including use ofMS Office and knowledge of Primavera (P3 orP6) 
  • Very good command (written andoral) of the Englishlanguage
