We're seeking a skilled Video Producer with expertise in fintech or blockchain and a proven track record of working with English-speaking communities. Responsibilities:

1. Produce Educational Video Content: Simplify complex fintech, crypto, and blockchain topics into engaging and easy-to-understand video formats for a global audience.
2. Present Product Features: Highlight product benefits and value through well-executed video presentations to drive audience engagement and understanding.
3. Create Training Materials: Develop detailed step-by-step video tutorials to empower customers to maximize product use.
4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and leadership to align video strategies with the company's overall goals.
5. Customer Engagement: Use video content to address common customer questions, providing clear and actionable insights.
6. Stay Current: Keep informed of fintech, crypto, and blockchain trends to ensure relevance and thought leadership in content.
7. Scriptwriting: Collaborate on script creation to ensure alignment with company tone, messaging, and goals.

Requirements:

1. Native or Equivalent English Fluency: Proven experience working with English-speaking audiences and communities.
2. Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: Strong grasp of cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals with the ability to educate others.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual communication abilities, especially in presenting complex ideas simply and effectively.
4. On-Camera Experience: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with experience in video presentations or similar roles.
5. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and leadership.
6. Creative and Proactive: Brings new ideas to video production and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
7. Industry Expertise: Proven ability to stay ahead of trends in fintech and blockchain and translate that knowledge into valuable content.
