We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.

This role will be the focal point for major projects for mobilizations and will work closely with the Assistant Manager, Administration & Personnel Affairs and HRBP to become the focal person for recruitment campaigns to meet the project manpower requirements and ensure readiness of resources for offshore mobilization, field breaks, rotation plans, and other general personnel affairs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies as per approved recruitment plans for projects, travel to different countries, participate in recruitment campaigns, and assist project teams in the selection of resources. This requires providing information on salaries and benefits to selected candidates and negotiating as per the approved ranges for the project.
  • Assist in the creation of positions in SmartRecruiters, coordinate with candidates, arrange interviews, and complete the selection process through the system until the issuance of offers.
  • Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure candidate readiness, which involves following up with candidates and agencies to complete pre-requisites before boarding.
  • Keep track of offers issued, accepted, and documents received from candidates. Verify documents and submit them to ADM personnel for further processing.
  • Coordinate with candidates for mobilization readiness to UAE, including hotel bookings, ticket bookings, and camp accommodation arrangements.
  • Post-mobilization, coordinate with candidates to complete onboarding formalities and arrange batches for medical, HSE, or other ADNOC offshore medical/trainings.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager, Administration & Personnel Affairs and HRBP in other day-to-day coordination activities and personnel affairs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, BBA, or B.Com.
  • 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE with similar responsibilities in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industry.

Experience:

  • Experience level: 5-7 years.
  • Experience with recruitment campaigns within UAE or outside UAE.
  • HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of general guidelines for overseas mobilization and local government authority requirements.
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
