Mission

The IT Business Analyst (BA) plays an activepart in driving innovative and scalable Products to bring value tobusiness as well as covering the solutions lifecycle management tosuit respectivemarkets.

TheOpportunity:

  • Youllbe a crucial part of the products lifecycle management and ensurethat any solution is chosen to fulfil known and understood businessrequirements fitting into the Product roadmap definitions andcontinuously providing business value over itslifecycle.

  • BA works closelywith multiple IT stakeholders (Product Managers Product OwnersDevelopment Teams) to support decisionmaking regarding solutionoptions deliverables and priorities and perform business analysisactivities (i.e. Requirements Elicitation and Analysis SolutionDesign Stakeholder Management Quality Assurance Process Improvementetc.).

  • BA collaborates inthe area of business partnering and/or product management andfrequently takes on the additional role of Product Owner whereappropriate.

  • Develops andmaintains the business case and strives for harmonization andoptimization of business processes across sites anddepartments.

  • Performstypical Business Analysis activities and creates deliverables asper Roche standards within a product/project like a Business CaseUser Stories Functional Specification Acceptance Criteriaetc.

Who you are:

  • Youhave Bachelor or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst / Consultant (Business Analysis certification is aplus eg. CBAP IIBA AAC IREBetc.).

  • You have businessdomain knowledge (based on experience) for one or more from thefollowing area(s): commercial excellence ERP CRM digital marketinganalytics/dashboards finance/procurement and own the ability toquickly learn new businessdomains.

  • You can demonstratehandson experience in the healthcare (pharma or medical equipment)industry (areas: sales logistics customer service marketing marketaccess compliancefinance/procurement).

  • Youhave practical experience of collaborating with (senior) businessstakeholders in the aboveareas.

  • You have practical(demonstrated) experience with one or more from the followingtechnologies and areas: SAP Salesforce Automation / RPA (eg.AppSheet AppScript UIPath and other lowcode technologies) Analytics(eg. Snowflake TableauThoughtspot).

    • Youhave experience with one or more diagramming mockuping and UIdesign tools (eg. Balsamiq Draw.io MS Visio LucidChart EnterpriseArchitect Adobe XDetc.).

      • Youexhibit soft skills typically required as a BA (i.e. listeningcommunication negotiation problemsolving decisionmaking andcritical thinking).

      • Youexhibit a LeanAgile Mindset and can act as an Agile ambassador todisplay this mindset. Has practical knowledge of Agileframeworks/methodologies (e.g. ScrumSAFe).
