Desired candidate profile

Essential Qualifications andEducation:

  • 5-7 years of HR and/or TalentManagement experiencerequired
  • Bachelor's Degreepreferred
  • Position requires working in ahands-on, project-driven environment
  • Experienceworking with HR systems (Oracle is preferred but notrequired)
  • Excellent assessment and analyticalskills
  • Background in client-focusedoperations
  • Demonstrated ability to workeffectively under pressure and within a collaborative team-orientedenvironment using sound judgment indecision-making
  • Experience in the developmentand implementation ofinitiatives
  • Detail-oriented with strongorganizational and project managementskills
  • Able to work well under deadlines in achanging environment (adaptability and flexibility are essentialskills)
