Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Trainer with astrong background in oil and gas drilling to join our team. The HSETrainer will be responsible for developing and delivering trainingprograms to our employees and contractors in order to ensurecompliance with all health safety and environmentalregulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employeesand contractors in the oil and gas drilling industry

Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas forimprovement and develop training plans accordingly

Create training materials and resources includingpresentations handouts and videos

Work closelywith the HSE team to ensure all training programs are uptodate andin compliance with regulations and industry bestpractices

Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs and make necessaryadjustments

Conduct safety audits andinspections to identify potential hazards and providerecommendations for corrective actions

Stayuptodate with industry developments and changes in regulations toensure training programs are relevant and effective

Collaborate with other departments and external trainersto provide a comprehensive training program for all employees andcontractors

Act as a subject matter expert onHSE issues and provide guidance and support to employees andcontractors

Maintain accurate records of alltraining activities and provide reports to management asneeded

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety EnvironmentalScience or a related field

Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in HSE training preferably in the oil and gasdrilling industry

Strong knowledge of healthsafety and environmental regulations and standards in the oil andgas industry

Experience in developing anddelivering training programs and materials

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills

Professional certifications in HSEtraining and auditing are preferred
