KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and implementlearning and development programs and initiatives that align withthe organizations goals and objectives
Identifytraining needs through performance evaluations employee feedbackand consultation with managers
Design anddeliver training sessions workshops and other learningopportunities for employees at all levels
Create and maintain training materials manuals and otherresources
Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs and make recommendations forimprovements
Manage and maintain the learningmanagement system (LMS) to ensure all training records are up todate
Collaborate with internal stakeholders toidentify and source external training providers whennecessary
Keep uptodate with industry trendsand best practices in learning and development
Support the performance management process by providing guidanceand training to managers and employees
Assistwith the onboarding process for new employees including orientationand training programs
Handle employee inquiriesand concerns related to learning and development
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations andcompany policies related to learning and development
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Organizational Development or a relatedfield
Minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role preferably in a multinational organization
Strong knowledge of learning and development principlesand best practices
Experience in designing anddelivering training programs for various levels ofemployees
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Strong organizational andproject management skills
Proficient inMicrosoft Office and learning management systems
Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment
Fluent in English both written andspoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
