A MultiTechnician is a versatile professional who isskilled in handling a variety of technical and maintenance tasksacross multiple areas or systems. This role is often found inindustries like hospitality, property management, manufacturing, orfacilities management, where the technician is expected to havebroad knowledge across several technical domains, such aselectrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and airconditioning), and general maintenance.

The MultiTechnician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operationof facilities and equipment by conducting regular maintenance,performing repairs, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Theyoften work independently or as part of a team to ensure safety,efficiency, and the prevention of breakdowns ordowntime.

  • BroadSkill Set: Proficiency in a range of technicalfields such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, orappliance repair, depending on theindustry.

As a Multi-Technician, you will support the AssistantManager, Entertainment, in maintaining and operating arcademachines. Additionally, you will assist the Audio Visual Team withlive entertainment setups and operations within thevenue.

AboutYou

As a Multi-Technician, youshould have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role,possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills, and be amotivated and enthusiastic team player with a passion forhospitality.

  • Maintenanceand Repairs:

    • Performroutine maintenance and repairs across multiple systems (HVAC,electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure smoothoperations.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanicalfailures, electrical problems, plumbing issues, and other technicalconcerns.
    • Conduct preventative maintenancechecks and replace or repair faulty equipment or systems asneeded.

  • TroubleshootingandProblem-Solving:

    • Identifytechnical issues by inspecting systems, equipment, and machinery,using diagnostic tools and analysis.
    • Providequick and effective solutions to reduce downtime and maintainoperationalefficiency.

  • RecordKeeping andReporting:

    • Maintainaccurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and anyincidents or equipment malfunctions.
    • Report tosupervisors or managers on the status of systems, upcomingmaintenance needs, or potentialhazards.

  • Equipmentand InventoryManagement:

    • Ensure thatall tools and equipment are in good working condition, replacing orrepairing them when necessary.
    • Monitorinventory levels for spare parts, materials, and tools, ensuringthat there is always enough stock for repairs and maintenancetasks.
