Key Job Responsibilities
As an Amazon operations intern youll have theopportunity to apply your analytical skills to impactful projectsthat enhance the functionality and service of Fulfillment CentersSortation Centers and Delivery Stations. Key aspects of the roleinclude:
Completing highpriority projects to the higheststandard demonstrating your ability to deliverresults
Analyzing data to identify operational challengesand opportunities for improvement
Proposing and testingsolutions collaborating with the team to implement the mosteffective ones
Developing communication and teamworkskills by working with managers stakeholders and frontlineassociates.
Be on the move within the building to engagewith various teams. This includes actively gathering knowledge byparticipating in activities such as prebriefs flow meetings anddiscussions with the leadership team and associates.
Ability to navigate the workspace and move betweendifferent areas is essential for thisposition.
Displaying flexibility to work variousschedules and shift patterns as required.

Internship Start Dates across theyear:
We are hiring interns to start anytime from Januarythrough September 2025. Each month well hold 12 onboarding days fornew hires.

About the team
A range ofinternships are available including Workplace Health and SafetyOperations Program Management (subject to availability andlocation)

Currently in your penultimate orfinal year and working towards a university degree in LogisticsSupply Chain Production Engineering Business Management or asimilar discipline.
Eligible to complete a fulltimeinternship of 36 months.
Highly proficient in both spokenand written English and the local language of the country you areapplying for (Common European Framework of ReferenceC1.

Strong problemsolving and analyticalskills with the ability to identify process improvements andinnovative solutions.
Excellent communication andteamwork skills able to collaborate effectively withothers.
Demonstrated curiosity proactivity andwillingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous fastpacedenvironment.
