We are looking for aSenior Business Development Manager a strategic digital andcommercial thinker with a consultative and relationshipbasedapproach. Someone who can partner with our prospective clients tounderstand their brief and then convince them that Horizontalshould be their digital transformation partner.

What youlldo:

  • Identify andqualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs andpain points
  • Define highlevel strategies& roadmaps for clients
  • Develop andmaintain relationships with customers providing exceptionalcustomer service and support
  • Stay uptodatewith industry trends products and competitors to inform salesstrategies and product development
  • Attendindustry events and trade shows to promote the company and generateleads
  • Lead in production in sales decks RFPsand proposals preparation
  • Collaborate withdifferent business functions at Horizontal such as CXD team TechTeam Strategy Marketing and our global teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key technologypartners such as Sitecore and Salesforce
  • Support in developing new and future technologyrelationships
  • Develop sales strategies andachieve annual revenue & margin targets
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all salesactivity and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Act as the lead narrator in sales pitches
  • Coordinate and lead pitch teams for proposals &RFP submissions
  • Create and execute ABMplans

What youbring:

  • Thoughtleadership in digital transformation
  • Provenexperience in sales or customer service 5 years)
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonalskills
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
  • Excellent time management andorganizational skills
  • Familiarity withrelevant technologies e.g. CRM software sales automationtools CMS CDP DAM etc
  • Apositive cando attitude and willingness to learn
  • A willingness to collaborate with colleagues in a flathierarchy where trust and humour are as important as commercialresults
  • Ideally have experience in consultingand selling to Middle East customers
  • Fluent inEnglish. Fluency in Arabic is a plus
