Overview Fantastic Opportunity arisen within a leading ICT Company looking for a Sales Director responsible for the development and operation of the Abu Dhabi business unit. The primary objective of the role is to develop the business in both the short and medium term whilst building upon existing client relationships for delivery of their IT solutions. Responsibilities Establish, develop and train a sales organisation to address opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Develop a comprehensive Business Plan for a 5 yr period to grow the company. P&L responsibility for the Abu Dhabi Business Unit Tender and Bid responsibilities Develop and manage major accounts in both the private and Government Sector. Define and develop procedures with the Operational Manager Define and develop plans with the Marketing Manager Train junior sales people as required. Prepare annual budget and sales forecast. Rapidly increase the activity to deliver revenues within a 6-12 month period while addressing the medium term opportunities. Candidate profile The ideal candidate will come from a very strong background in IT / Network Sales and Business Development. You will have experience in building a sales organisation Minimum of 10 yrs experience. Ideally experience in Abu Dhabi Oil and Gas market and / or Abu Dhabi market. Hands on P&L experience Budgeting and Forecasting IT/Network Solutions including Fibre Optics, Ethernet, Wireless, IP solutions etc. Bid management Project Management Business Development skills University educated. Ideally living in Abu Dhabi but relocators welcome.
