TheStakeholder Manager will beresponsible for identifying and managing relationships with keystakeholders associated with the rail project during the Design& Build (D&B) phase. This role involves developingand implementing a stakeholder management plan ensuringstakeholders have visibility and input into the project andmaintaining alignment with project objectives. The StakeholderManager will engage with government bodies local authoritiesenvironment agencies local interest groups and other stakeholdersto ensure their needs and concerns areaddressed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifykey stakeholders including clients government bodies localauthorities environment agencies local interest groups and otherrelevant parties.
  • Develop and implement astakeholder management plan ensuring regular engagement andcommunication with stakeholders.
  • Identify andmitigate stakeholderrelated risks providing advice on potentialopportunities and threats.
  • Provide regularprogress reports to the client and internal stakeholdershighlighting any stakeholderrelated risks andopportunities.
  • Work closely with the requireddepartments to ensure compliance with any legal financial andcorporate protocols.
  • Drive progression viastakeholder meetings ensuring all stakeholder concerns andrequirements areaddressed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field such as Business Administration PublicRelations or Communications. A Masters degree ispreferred.
  • Professional certifications instakeholder management or equivalent are highlydesirable.

Knowledgeand Experience:

  • 10years of experience in stakeholder management preferably in theconstruction or infrastructure sector.
  • Indepthknowledge of stakeholder management principles public relations andindustry standards.
  • Strong negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiplestakeholders effectively.
  • Prior experiencewithin a transportation or a rail project involving multiplecontractors would befavorable.

  • AnalyticalSkills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with theability to identify and mitigate stakeholderrelatedrisks.
  • Attention to Detail: High level ofattention to detail ensuring accuracy in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Leadership: Proven leadershipskills with the ability to lead and motivate ateam.
  • Project Management: Experience in projectmanagement with the ability to manage complex projects and meetdeadlines.
