Service Attendant is a support role which ensuressmooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficientand effective service ensuring standards are maintained and guestcomfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of productknowledge is necessary in order to recommend confidently and upsellthe various products onoffer.

Your daytodaywork:

  • Welcome interact andcommunicate with guests & colleagues in a courteousfriendly and clearmanner
  • Take prepare and serve guest orders withaccuracy while promoting and up selling all products focuses onmaximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outletstargets
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar team toensure timely service while ensuring the guests meet minimum agerequirements for consumption of alcoholicbeverages
  • Clear and clean tables as soon as it isapparent that guests have finished their mealsprofessionally
  • Maintain stock accurately handle pointofsale transactions maintain cleanliness of outletalways
  • Ensure that company Health and Safety policies arefollowed and adhered to train all new teammembers


Requirements

Education andExperience:

  • Ideally your background will be from thehotel/F&B industry and worked as a Service Attendant for aminimum of 1 year in a 3star or above categoryhotel.
  • Fluent English is a must and other languages would bean advantage.
