JobDescription:

We are seeking ahighly skilled ECM (Engine ControlModule) and TCM (Transmission ControlModule) Gearbox Programmer to join our dynamic teamin Dubai. The ideal candidate will have handson experience inprogramming calibrating and troubleshooting ECM and TCM systems forvarious vehicle makes and models. You will play a key role inoptimising transmission systems enhancing vehicle performance anddelivering topquality service to our clients.

KeyResponsibilities:

Programming andCalibration:

• Programand reprogram ECM and TCM modules for automatic and manualtransmissions.
• Customise gearbox settings forperformance fuel economy or specialised driving needs.

Diagnostics andTroubleshooting:

• Useadvanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolvetransmissionrelated issues.
• Recalibrate faultyECM/TCM systems to ensure optimal performance.

Software Updates andIntegration:

• UpdateECM and TCM software to the latest manufacturerspecifications.
• Flash and install firmware forvarious vehicle brands and models.

Custom Tuning and PerformanceOptimisation:

• Modifytransmission maps for highperformance vehicles or specific drivingconditions.
• Work on bespoke tuning projectsfor individual and fleet vehicles.

Collaboration andSupport:

• Work closelywith the mechanical team to ensure seamless integration ofprogrammed modules.
• Provide guidance oninterpreting diagnostic results and using programmingtools.

EquipmentMaintenance:

• Ensurediagnostic and programming tools are regularly calibrated andupdated.

Qualifications:

Experience andSkills:

• Minimum of 3years of handson experience in ECM/TCM programming andcalibration.
• Proficiency with programmingtools such as KESSv2 KTAG AutoHex WinOLS or similar.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electronics drivetrainsystems and transmission mechanics.

EducationalBackground:

• Diplomaor degree in Automotive Engineering Mechatronics or a related field(preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
• Certifications in automotive programming or advanceddiagnostics are a plus.

TechnicalKnowledge:

• Expertisein ECM/TCM software and firmware updates.
• Familiarity with manufacturerspecific software (e.g.VAGCOM ISTA or similar).
