  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with suppliers andcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with thecompanys procurement policies and industryregulations.
  • Collaborate closely with projectmanagers engineers and other departments to forecast materialneeds.
  • Monitor inventory levels and managestock efficiently to avoid delays.
  • Conductregular market research to identify new suppliers trends andcostsaving opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintaindetailed procurement reports anddocumentation.
  • Handle any procurementrelatedissues and resolve them in a timelymanner.

Qualifications&Experience:

  • Bachelors degreein Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 23 years ofexperience in procurement in UAE preferably in the constructionindustry.
  • Strong negotiation skillsand the ability to build lasting relationships withvendors.
  • Excellent organizational andtimemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities.
  • Familiarity with procurementsoftware and inventory managementsystems.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations andindustry standards related to procurement in the constructionsector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attentionto detail.
  • Speaks English Fluently. ArabicHindi & Urdu is aplus.

PreferredSkills:

  • Experience inmanaging largescale constructionprojects.
  • Knowledge of local constructionmaterial markets.

Job Type:Fulltime

Pay: AED3000.00 AED5000.00 permonth
