Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic lung diseases, such as asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, lung cancer, and pneumonia.
  2. Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans for patients with respiratory illnesses.
  3. Collaborate with other medical specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex respiratory conditions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of pulmonology and utilize evidence-based medicine to provide the best care for patients.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their condition and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications to improve their respiratory health.
  6. Participate in medical research and publications to advance knowledge and treatments in the field of pulmonology.
  7. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:

  1. Medical degree from an accredited university.
  2. Board certification in Pulmonology and a valid medical license.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing Pulmonologist.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Knowledge of current clinical practices and procedures in pulmonology.
  8. Commitment to continued education and professional development.
  9. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
