Description

POSITIONSUMMARY

Performminor routine maintenance on property vehicles (i.e. engineeringtrucks shuttle vans electric carts) including checking oil fluidlevels tire pressure/wear charging batteries and replacing sparkplugs. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipmentincluding cleaning and lubrication. Maintain proper maintenanceinventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Maintaindaily logs of operation maintenance and safety activities includingtest results instrument readings and details of equipmentmalfunctions and maintenancework.

Follow all company andsafety and security policies and procedures; report maintenanceproblems safety hazards accidents or injuries; complete safetytraining and certifications; and properly store flammablematerials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean andprofessional maintain confidentiality of proprietary informationand protect company assets. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language prepare and review written documentsaccurately and completely and answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers support team to reach common goals and listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move lift carrypush pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50pounds without assistance. Grasp turn and manipulate objects ofvarying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and handeyecoordination. Visually inspect tools equipment or machines (e.g. toidentify defects). Reach overhead and below the knees includingbending twisting pulling and stooping. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested bySupervisors.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical Trade orVocational School Degree.

Related WorkExperience: At least 2 years of related workexperience.

Supervisory Experience: Nosupervisory experience.

License or Certification:None
