Roles and responsibilities
  • Experience of CashManagement, Digital Banking and Virtual Accounts for Corporatecustomers is a must
  • Experience of evaluatingthe requirements and writing Business Requirementsdocuments
  • Breaking down the requirements fromall stakeholders including business, IT, Support,Architecture
  • Supporting Business and projectteam with clarifications and requirementssessions
  • Understanding of the APIs and able tocreate the necessary mappings within thesystems
  • Ability to understand the solutiondiagram and map to requirements
  • CreatingTraceability matrix of requirements, designs,testing
  • Review the functional documents fromvendors and support businessdiscussions
  • Driving the Defect triage calls andcoordinating the closure of defects
  • Supportingthe project manager on related activities like reporting,financials

  • RequirementsGathering:

    • StakeholderCommunication: Work closely with businessstakeholders (e.g., managers, users, and clients) to understand anddocument their requirements andexpectations.
    • RequirementsDocumentation: Gather and document businessrequirements, functional requirements, and non-functionalrequirements in clear, concise formats (e.g., user stories, usecases, or requirementspecifications).
    • FacilitatingWorkshops and Interviews: Conduct workshops,interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to extract detailedinformation about business needs andchallenges.

  • ProcessAnalysis andImprovement:

    • BusinessProcess Mapping: Analyze current business processesand workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas forimprovement.
    • ProcessReengineering: Suggest and implement changes toimprove operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customersatisfaction.
    • GapAnalysis: Identify gaps between the current stateand desired future state, and develop strategies for closing thesegaps.

  • SolutionDesign andValidation:

    • SolutionEvaluation: Evaluate and recommend technologysolutions, process improvements, or system enhancements based onbusiness needs andobjectives.
    • FunctionalSpecifications: Work with technical teams (e.g.,developers, designers, testers) to translate business requirementsinto functional specifications that are understandable by thedevelopment team.
    • Test CaseDevelopment: Assist with the development of testcases and test scenarios based on the functional requirements,ensuring the solution aligns with businessneeds.
    • User Acceptance Testing(UAT): Coordinate and support UAT by working withbusiness users to verify that the solution meets the agreed-uponrequirements and performs asexpected.

    • In-depthunderstanding of the industry in which the business operates (e.g.,finance, healthcare, manufacturing) and the ability to apply thatknowledge to identify opportunities forimprovement.
    • Understanding of business models,organizational structures, and how business processesinterconnect.

  • TechnicalSkills:

    • Proficiencywith project management tools (e.g.,Jira,Trello,Asana) for tracking tasks andprogress.
    • Familiarity with data modeling,database management, and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau,SQL).
    • Knowledge ofsoftware development methodologies (e.g.,Agile,Scrum,Waterfall).
    • Experiencewith workflow automation tools (e.g.,Zapier,UiPath).

  • RequirementsGathering andDocumentation:

    • Abilityto write detailed business requirements, functional specifications,and other project documentation.
    • Knowledge ofvarious methodologies and frameworks for documenting requirements,such as Use Cases, UserStories, Business ProcessModels.

  • ProjectManagement:

    • Familiaritywith project management principles and frameworks, includingAgile,Scrum, andWaterfall.
    • Strongorganizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand meetdeadlines.

  • Attentionto Detail:
