Ciklumis looking for a Product Director to join ourteam fulltime in UAE.

About therole:

As a Product Director become apart of a crossfunctional development team engineering experiencesof tomorrow.
Our client is a technology business thatruns largescale transformation engagements across various verticalsincluding the public sector. You will be part of a key initiativeto modernize a nationwide government platform through comprehensivedigital transformation. By leveraging advanced web portals mobileapplications CRM systems predictive analytics and AI our dynamicteam aims to enhance and streamline core services for governmentofficials the legal ecosystem and citizens. Our primary focus is onensuring seamless integration scalability and adherence to rigorousperformance and securitystandards.

Responsibilities

  • ClientFacing:
    • Assuming the role of a strategicpartner across the portfolio of clients that are working with ourProduct Managers
    • Working closely with clientsat a strategic level to help them create:
      • Product Visions and ProductStrategies
      • Productled delivery models andproduct operating models
      • Product analytics andperformance measurement frameworks
      • ProductDiscovery methods andprocesses
  • Internal:
    • Acting as a strategic leader within the globalProduct Management team collaborating with the head of CustomerExperience the global vision and strategy for the ProductManagement practice at Ciklum
    • Ensure results ofthe Product Management team are communicated internally andrecognized in the global arena; driving educational andknowledgesharing events
    • Creating a thoughtleadership strategy and creating Ciklums point of view in your areaof specialism; expanding and advancing Ciklums product contentlibrary templates and artifacts
    • Formal linemanagement responsibilities of the Product Managers that directlyreport into you including:
      • Setting and beingaccountable for team performance metrics andKPIs
      • Representing your direct reports in theformal annual performance managementprocess
      • Active mentorship and career coachingof the Product Managers in your localmarket
      • Creating an inclusive motivatingenvironment where your team feels empowered and excited to come towork

Requirements

  • 10years of digital product management experience in variousverticals
  • IT industry experience clearunderstanding of agile SDLC methods and frameworks: Scrum Kanbanscaled frameworks such as SAFe or Spotify will be aplus
  • Plenty of practical Product Managerexperience in either fast growth postseriesA companies orenterprises
  • Experience in collaborating withdesigners and development teams and the aptitude to motivateinterfunctional teams with your positiveattitude
  • Extensive knowledge of ProductManagement and Business Analysis activities andtechniques
  • Awareness of the latest IT industryand digitalization trends
  • Knowledge ofrequirements management tools (at least JIRA;Confluence)
  • Knowledge of prototypingtools
