Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distribute Private Credit solutions within the Middle Eastern market.
  2. Build robust relationships with institutional investors seeking high-quality debt investments.
  3. Identify potential buyers for various forms of loans and structured finance products including securitisations.
  4. Contribute significantly towards loan origination strategies that align with market demands.

Skills Required:

  1. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successful sales experience particularly relating to complex financial instruments like secured or unsecured lending facilities, demonstrating both tactical negotiation skills as well as strategic long-term relationship building capabilities.
  2. Credit Products Knowledge: Deep understanding of different types of credit structures such as syndicated loans, CLOs which will be integral when discussing investment opportunities with sophisticated clientele.
  3. Securitisation Expertise: Familiarity with structuring transactions involving pooling various types/types/grades/ratings etc., assets then turning them into tradable securities; essential for communicating value propositions effectively during pitches/presentations.
  4. Market Insightfulness: The ability to analyse markets accurately predicting trends providing insights beneficial not only from selling perspective but also aiding originators create offerings attractive enough to capture investor interest leading to closures and deal conversions.
