Responsibilities:- Study therelationship between an organization's projects, and itsenvironmental impact andsustainability.
- Develop new methods forgeological analysis and data collection with the least harmfulenvironmental impact.
- Analyze geological,geochemical and geophysical data collected by tests andsurveys.
- Manage sampling and reports fromapprentice geologists and provide purposeful feedback andrecommendations.
- Measure seismic, volcanic,electromagnetic and gravitationalactivities.
- Design topographical and geologicalmaps.
- Provide geological assessments and adviceto governments and constructioncompanies.
- Learn innovative and modernizedmethods of geological work by attending workshops andcourses.
- Manage and oversee contractors andtheir work.
- Ensure that workers are compliantwith health and safety regulations.
- Responsiblymanage budgets for geological projects.
- Deliverpertinent feedback and insight into work projects to managementthrough regular meetings.
- Conduct frequenttraining sessions with staff regarding investigations and datainterpretation.
