Responsibilities:

  • Driveautomation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automatingmanual processes using backendtechnologies.
  • Implement and manage processautomation tools and solutions (e.g., workflow automation, RPA,etc.) with exposure/knowledge of Automation AnywhereA360.
  • Build business cases for the initiativeswhich need to be automated; implement and monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency ofbackend systems.
  • Collaborate with productteams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a solid, well-roundedunderstanding of products and developingneeds.
  • Be the high-availability resource foranswering questions engineers pose about stories in the backlogdaily.
  • Author of user stories and acceptancecriteria.
  • Attend standups, grooming meetings,estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for thescrum team.
  • Manage scope and drive trade-offdecisions in conjunction with externalstakeholders.
  • Identify blockers impactingtimeline, scope, cost or other project variables and escalate tothe appropriate stakeholders.
  • Generatepresentations for leadershipmeetings.

ProfileRequirements:

  • Min 2years of experience in BusinessAnalysis.
  • Bachelor's degree andabove.
  • Exposure to the Travel technologyindustry.
  • Experienced in leadingcross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in dataanalytics using Excel and Tableau.
  • Proficientin generating presentations.
