We are seeking a dedicated AssistantNurse - home care experience to join our team. The ideal candidatewill provide essential nursing support and ensure high-qualitypatient care in a homesetting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities,including bathing, dressing, andgrooming.
  • Monitor and record patients'vital signs and health status.
  • Administermedications and treatments asprescribed.
  • Assist with mobility and physicaltherapy exercises.
  • Provide wound care and othermedical procedures undersupervision.
  • Communicate effectively withpatients, families, and healthcare teammembers.
  • Maintain accurate patient records anddocumentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience inhome care nursing.
  • Valid NAlicense.
  • Strong understanding of home carepractices and hygiene standards.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentiveto detail.
  • Ability to work independently andhandle emergencies.

  • AnAssistant Nurse (commonly referred toas a Nursing Assistant,Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), orsimilar titles) provides essential patient care under thesupervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses(LPNs).
