Job Title: Lifeguard /Swimming Coach

JobSummary:

We are seeking a responsibleand experienced Lifeguard/Swimming Coach tooversee aquatic activities ensure the safety of swimmers andprovide professional swimming instruction. The ideal candidate willhave strong water safety skills teaching abilities and the abilityto respond effectively in emergencies.

• Monitorswimming areas to ensure the safety of all participants.

• Enforce pool rules and regulationsto prevent accidents and injuries.

• Provide first aid and CPR in case ofemergencies.

• Conductswimming lessons for individuals and groups of different skilllevels.

• Develop andimplement training programs tailored to swimmers needs.

• Assess swimmers progress andprovide constructive feedback.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the pooland related equipment.

• Stay updated on safety protocols and best practices inaquatic instruction.

• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues tomanagement.

• Create apositive and encouraging environment for swimmers.

• Certified Lifeguard and/or SwimmingInstructor

• CPR First Aidand AED certification.

• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of various strokesand techniques.

• Previousexperience as a lifeguard or swimming coach preferred.

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends andholidays.

• Physically fitand able to perform water rescues if needed.

• Passion for water safety and swiminstruction.

• Experienceworking with children and adults in a coaching or instructionalrole.

• Additionalcertifications in advanced water safety or coaching.

• Knowledge of pool maintenance andsafety regulations.
