As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining brand proficiency, enhancing client interactions, driving business performance, managing the team effectively, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Maintain the highest level of brand and product knowledge, monitor industry trends, and guide the team to provide valuable insights to clients Create a positive atmosphere, develop client relationships, and ensure clients receive personalized recommendations and service Communicate sales objectives, drive business growth, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize sales efficiency Lead and inspire the team, provide coaching and feedback, deploy training programs, and ensure compliance with company policies Manage client data accurately, comply with data protection regulations, and provide proper activation plans for the boutique Requirements Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury watch industry Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering top-quality service Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus Strong initiative, interpersonal, organizational, customer management, and team management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
