Square Yardsis a technologyenabled transaction platform which owns and operatesthe real estate aggregation and transaction portal squareyards.comand Square Connect mobile app for property brokers. It aggregates6000 realty projects of around 500 developers and builders anddistributes around 27000 different configurations of homes. It alsohas a network of 15000 brokers in 31 cities in India andoverseas.

The company has a presence in 10countries including India UAE Qatar Oman Singapore UK Hong KongAustralia and Canada. Its customers are serviced by PortfolioManagers and Relationship Managers (like private banking) withProperty purchase Documentation Home Loan/Mortgage Support Taxation& Legal services Portfolio management and restructuringetc.

Responsibilities

Sales andrevenue generation for International Property Management(IPM).

Conduct thorough market research andanalysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunitiesand projects. Develop promotional campaigns around major productlaunches.

Initiating and implementingprocess/procedure changes/improvements and ensuring optimalutilisation of the availableresources.

Conceptualising and implementingcompetent strategies processes and policies for regional operations& ensuring that the requisite changes are made as and whenrequired.

Develop investment strategies andrecommendations to meet client objectives and maximizereturns.

Build and maintain strong relationshipswith clients providing expert advice negotiation and guidance oninvestment opportunities.

Collaborate withinternal teams to assess and evaluate real estate projects ensuringviability and profitability.

Creating andsustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career developmentopportunities and motivates high performance among teammembers

Monitor and track investment performanceproviding regular reports and updates toclients.

Stay uptodate with industry trendsmarket conditions and regulatory changes affecting real estateinvestments.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Finance Management Real Estate or a relatedfield.

Proven sales experience in the real estateat least for 1 year

Strong analytical skills withthe ability to evaluate investment risks andopportunities.

Excellent communication andnegotiation skills to interact effectively with clients andstakeholders.

Resultsoriented mindset with atrack record of achieving salestargets.
