Responsibilities: A Fast PaceOrthopedic Physical Therapist performs all functions of anoutpatient orthopedic physical therapist as determined under theguidelines of state-specific Physical Therapist practice act,including initial evaluation, plan of care, on-going treatment andultimate discharge. Physical Therapists treat 8-10 patients/day andwork a set schedule Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Competitive salary$75k-90k/year depending on experience. Sign on bonus and relocationavailable

What You WillDo

  • Abilityto perform a complete initial evaluation on apatient.
  • Ability to develop a thorough plan ofcare for the patient.
  • Attend a minimum of 1marketing event per month.
  • Provide constantcommunication with administrative staff and technicians regardingpatient plan of care and overall patientmanagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketingdepartment to highlight individual skillset and abilities,providing an opportunity forself-promotion.
  • Collaborate with billingdepartment to ensure appropriate notes and communication to securereimbursement.
  • Interface with physicians andmedical personnel to ensure proper patienttreatment.
  • Ability to understand variables inPhysical Therapy treatment to ensure maximum treatment results withconsideration of appropriate plan of care, financial considerationsand patient time constraints.
  • Serve as anambassador of Fast Pace, elevating the Physical Therapistreputation in the medical and publiceye.
  • Collaborate with other PT's toshare skills and techniques (inside and outside of FastPace).
  • Develop and maintain most currentknowledge of PT techniques and new ideas inPT.
  • Promote and encourage of the knowledge ofPT in the community with patients and medicalcommunity.
  • Work with exercise technicians toteach techniques that are needed for the PTcaseload.
  • Develop appropriate home exerciseprogram for patients and communicate this information to theexercise technicians.
  • Utilize evidence informedtreatment options for maximum patient outcomes
