Aboutthe Client

The client(Principal) is a highprofile executive based inDubai.

You would be incharge of instructing thePrincipal. From time to time you will probably give some lessons tohis other family members.

You would bea part of a team working for theclient.

Theproject

• Weare looking for 1 French Teacher readyto start working as soon as possible.
• You must havealready been working for VIP or private employers in the past. Thisis a mandatory criteria.
• Youare used to work on private demands and adapt your training coursesto specific and individual demands. You must speak write and readFrench fluently as well as English since the family speaks englishand they need to make sure the family and yourself can understandeach other properly.
• You are ideally a Frenchnative (preferred to be detailed/sharing your culture and theFrench way of life).
• We are looking for someonewho is used to work under very high standards and responds to highdemand.

This is apermanent position with a 3 month period ofprobation.

You will reportdirectly to the Principal and you will define your lessons based onthe Principals needs and goals in terms of learning the Frenchlanguage. Mister is used to take French classes privately andtherefore he has already gained some knowledge in French.

The family is looking for anExperienced and Reliable French teacherto work with them.

You must havesignificative experience as a French Teacher in the past both ininstitutional organizations such as schools or university ANDequally in a private environment especially forVIPs. Candidates who have not gathered bothexperiences will not be accepted for this position.

You should be teaching and explaining to thePrincipal and especially to Mister who is passionate about FranceFrench culture and the French language.

Youshould also be preparing lesson plans andsessions as per the different levels in between thefamily members as mentioned above most likely for the Principal whowill be your main student.

In addition to thisyou should be motivating the Principal to learn the Frenchlanguage. The challenge is to deliver comprehensive lessons in aprivate environment. The reason why we have been requested to findcandidates who have a previous significant experience in privatehouseholds is that candidates understand that they need to be onthe one hand flexible and on the other handentertaining

Indeed the family is not looking.for a standard university class a relaxing leisure activity asopposed to a formal lecture.

To succeedin this job role you will be focusing on various assessments whichinclude written and oral exercises.

You should bepaying extra attention to the members of the family with differentcapabilities if ever the Principal will require you to help hisfamily members from time to time. Further details will be definedduring your interview with the Principal.

Performing various administrative tasks as andwhen necessary is mandatory for this position.

Asa French teacher you should possess an excellent ability tocommunicate in the French language and equally in the Englishlanguage. We are expecting candidates who can write read and speakEnglish avoiding grammatical mistakes.

Youshould have strong organizational skills and the ability to managetasks as per theirpriorities.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and planningFrench teaching strategies.
• Implementingteaching lessons according to each members level but especially thePrincipal (Further details will be discussed during the interviewfor this position in case you areshortlisted).
• Explaining to the Principalwilling to learn french in the frenchlanguage.
• Developing teaching materials andteaching aids.
• Performing administrative tasksif needed.
• Paying extra attention to strugglingmembers of the family.
• Preparing assessmentslike exercises unlikely to examinations andtests.
• Ensuring the family member learningFrench to pronounce French wordscorrectly.
• Conducting innovative sessions forthe Principal/family
• Communicating with thePrincipal/family in the Frenchlanguage.
• Preparing lessons as per theeducational curriculum and adapting it to the needs of thePrincipal/family especially Mister.
• Takingfeedback from the Principal/family.
• Organizingfun activities and events to facilitate languagelearning.
• Maintaining reports for futurereference.
• Researching various teaching methodsand materials always remaining flexible and adaptive to theclient

Desired profile

• Bachelors/Mastersdegree in the French language French Literature or a relatedfield.
• Prior experience working as a Frenchteacher or a similar role in the Educationalfield.
• You must have already beenworking for VIP or private employers in the past. This is amandatorycriteria.
• You musthave significative experience as a French Teacher in the past BOTHin institutional organizations such as schools or university (foradults) AND equally in a private environment especially forVIPs
• Demonstrate excellentability to converse in the French language written read andspoken.
• Strong time managementskills.
• Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills. You need to have the capacity ofunderstanding that working for a private household is verydifferent than teaching a class of several students. The approachmust be customized.

  • You have aNative level inFrench andAdvanced level inEnglish Written Read &Spoken.
  • You have a CLEANCRIMINAL RECORD you are honest and trustworthy.

Salary: EUR 4000 EUR 6000.

To bedefined depending on profiles (salary could be paid UAD which wouldbe the equivalent of the amount ineuros).

Package :Included is private accommodation (to be shared with another femalestaff member) flight tickets to Dubai working permits and healthinsurance.
