Risk Underwriting Lead Analyst Risk Underwriting MEA

- Evaluate price andmodify plan design for renewals and new business and largecorporate quotations in compliance with underwritingauthorities
- Conceptualize and implement pricingstrategies for the SME portfolio
- Develop anunderstanding of competitive and regulatory landscape in all ofCignas major countries within Middle East andAfrica
- Build effective relationship with salesand client management partners to win and retainbusiness
- Collaborate with underwriters todeliver on the turnaroundtime expectations of the commercialteam
- Act as the underwriting point of contactfor all Africarelated projects
- Identifyopportunities to improve processes and pricing and collaborate withrest of the team to implement solutions
- Manageportfolio of accounts by balancing profitability andrevenue
- Provide concise clear and decisiveinstructions on risk exposure
- Conductanalytical reviews to identify and understand trends patterns andinsights that are used to successfully manageportfolio
- Support rest of the underwriters onthe team to balance theworkload
