- Deliver technology solutions tothe business, and lead a cross-functional IT delivery capabilityconsisting of demand management, technical product management,agile delivery, software engineering, and systems integration andservice management. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, andsecurity of the infrastructure (while staying updated withtechnological advancements).
- Promote closecollaboration and integration with all other IT departments. Drivea culture of customer intimacy through a business orientationframework and provide input in areas of partner and suppliermanagement, risk management, service management, softwareengineering and operations, IT strategy, and architecture.Introduce measures to monitor satisfaction levels and driveimprovement across IT. Ensure satisfaction levels are communicatedthroughout IT and are part of targetingobjectives.
- Lead the delivery of the businessIT annual work programme Accountable for the financial managementof the IT budgets for the business area, ensuring it aligns withand supports business strategy based on customer needs. Negotiateand agree on the annual work program with senior businessstakeholders, ensuring it remains in line with the overall ITstrategy.
