About theClient

This is a position that isbased in Dubai UAE.

The client is a CEO of alarge corporation in Dubai. He is a HNWIndividual.

You would be his Senior HospitalityAssistant

Thepackage:

This position is aLIVE in position all though you willbe in a DEDICATED accommodation (apartment)and you will not be living within the property ofthe family. Family will cover the cost for your accommodation. Youwill be sharing the apartment with another female candidate youwill have one bedroom each of course. Basically you will be sharingthe kitchen and the living room.

Thereare many advantages in the work package suchas:

  • paid accommodation
  • private medical health insurance (equallycovered by your employer)
  • and a car will be atyour disposal or a private chauffeur.
  • flightsto go to Dubai covered by theemployer

Given the fact that allthese mentioned expenses will be covered by your employer thepackage is very interesting.

Theproject:

The family is looking fora Senior Hospitality Assistant withsignificant experience inHospitality (Luxury Hotels Resorts Palaces Chaletsetc.) and/or background in Yachting who is able tostart to work reasonably soon depending on the path of therecruitment process of course.

The client isNOT looking for an Executive Assistant or a CorporateAssistant (even though your skills would beperfectly transposable) he will only consider profiles who haveextensive experience in hospitality and who already haveprevious experiences as Personal Assistant forprivate UHNWI / families.

This isa permanent contract. There will be aperiod of trial (defined by the client during the interview). Thetrial period could be up to 3 months.

You musthave several years of experience working as a Personal Assistantfor VIPs and you are used tohandling:

  • flight arrangements
  • bookings for hotels
  • andtaking care of personal goods especially while traveling with thePrincipal and registering those goods anditems
  • organizing private events such as dinnersparties
  • you have a great sense of servicetable service
  • you are used to travel with thePrincipals and organize all their luggage all the bookings forextra luggage and specific goods.

Youwould be assisting the Principal in the capacity defined by theclient and being in the scope of his operations based in Dubai andFrance and other countries.

You willbe travelling to:

  • Europe mainlyFrance ( the client would prefer acandidate who already knows France he is passionate about Franceand travels to France a lotalready)
  • USA
  • Japan

Allinitial interviews will be telephonic interviews and the finalinterviews would be organized inperson directly in Dubai. Theclient pays for all the flights.

The client islooking for someone with significant experience working for VIPsUHNWI and Private families before as a Personal/ExecutiveAssistant.

In order to apply for this positionyou must take a LIVEIN position theclient will accommodate only you but not your family. You willshare the accommodation with another female candidate who iscurrently living there and working for the family on a similarposition.

For this position you will be incharge of:

  • Assisting the client whilehe is traveling. This position is an active PersonalAssistant position.
  • You would berequired to travel with the Principalasrequired.
  • Assisting the clientwith all his demands regarding the organization of hisagenda
  • Taking care of booking the flighttickets
  • Taking care of booking theluggages
  • Taking care of booking the hotelrooms
  • Preparing for the clients businessmeetings
  • Assisting the client when he needs todo shopping
  • Booking/making reservations forrestaurants
  • Additional administrative tasks aswould be defined by the client during theinterview

Desiredprofile

Youare:

  • A French native with a perfectlevel in French & English (writing readinglistening and speaking)
  • Comingfrom the Hospitality (Luxury Hotels Chalets PalacesResorts etc.) and/or Yachtingindustry
  • Significant successfulexperience working with VIPs VVIPs or Private families in assisting& administrative settings you must have 7 to 10years of experience as a PA.
  • You have worked in an international purviewfrom a wide perspective
  • You are extremelyreactive in conflict resolution and handling lastminutearrangements
  • A strong multitasker detail andresultoriented person
  • Very well organized andhave the ability to deal with pressure and timeconstraints
  • Calmpleasant anddiscreet
  • Punctualand well presented and havegood communicationskills
  • Having knowledge in allkind of services
  • Giving a great importance torespect with hygiene and safety procedures andrules
  • Working efficiently under operationalpressure
  • You have a strong positive attitudeand you are a smiling person
  • You are extremelyflexible and you do understand that working for VIPs requiresflexibility
  • You have a strong sense ofservice
  • Very flexible dynamic multitasker
  • Hardworking and alwaysavailable

Salary: EURnet/month (depending on profiles andexperience)

(Salary could be paid UAD or inEuros if you wish).

  • Minimum One flight peryear to go back to visit your family or yourcountry
