As an Entry-Level Sailor you will work on board a ship and assist with various tasks related to navigation maintenance and operations You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the vessel and its crew as well as maintaining a clean and organized living environment This is an entry-level position so no prior experience is required
Responsibilities
- Assist with navigation duties under the supervision of senior sailors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on board the ship
- Help with loading and unloading cargo
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for yourself and other crew members
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with other crew members and superiors
Requirements
- Must be a Nepali national or foreigner with valid work permit in El-Fujairah
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Physically fit to perform duties on board a ship
- Willing to work long hours at sea
- Able to adapt to changing weather conditions
- No prior experience required
- training will be provided on the job
