The role?
- To provideadministrative support to Recruitment and the HR department, takingdaily direction on priorities and standards from hiringmanagers.
- Accurate and real-time population andmaintenance of recruitmentdatabase.
- On-time andprofessional reporting activities as required by the department andsuggesting business improvementsproactively
MainResponsibilities & Key ResultAreas
- Accountable forfollowing work processes from end to end using checklists to ensurethat all steps have been undertaken to update systems andrecruitmentapprovals.
- Responsible fordaily checking, responding, and passing of information whereappropriate from the RecruitmentInbox
- Responsible for monthly collation andissue of the regional recruitment report andmetrics
- Support the team to attract and sourcehigh-quality talent.
- Become a superuser of the(ATS) managing candidate applications, GDPR compliance, supportinghiring managers, and providing training to managers across thebusiness in the recruitment process
- Createemployer branding content for socialengagement.
- Manage job postings and liaise withjob boards to post advertisements.
- Proactivelysource active and passive candidates via multiple digital platformssuch as LinkedIn.
- Administer the employeereferral program.
- Lead first-round telephoneinterviews when required and schedule further interviews withcandidates.
- Build long-term relationships withtalented people and manage them through a seamless end-to-endrecruitment process.
- Provide an outstandingcandidate experience at all stages of the hiring process, keepingcandidates updated on theirapplications.
- Update our social media andLinkedIn accounts with the latestvacancies.
- Support and facilitate assessmentcenter days.
- Manage the internal recruitmentprocess and issue regular bulletins.
- Takeresponsibility for all the recruitmentrequisitions.
- To take a proactive andforward-thinking approach to how to improve areas withinrecruitment.
- Additional HR duties asrequested.
- Educated to HigherLevel
- 2-3 years' experience in aRecruitment Role
- Familiar with ATS functions,and the use of technology withinrecruitment
- Familiar with the Oil and Gasindustry
- CHRPCertified
- Competent level in Microsoft Officepackages, specifically Excel, Word, andPowerPoint.
