  • Manage the client's realestate portfolio effecting acquisitions, disposals, refinancing,asset management and governance activities as necessary. Focused onthe European market but expected to contribute to discussions onthe overall portfolio
  • Assess pipelines ofinvestments, analysing economic conditions affecting fund strategy,highlighting specific problem areas (i.e. tax issues) and work withadvisors to identify most appropriate holdingstructures
