The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts for various print and digital materials. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling visual assets that communicate the company's brand message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website assets.
  • Create and edit images, illustrations, and other multimedia elements using graphic design software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Prepare mockups and prototypes to present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure quality and timely production of materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design roles, preferably in a creative agency or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in graphic design.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret project briefs, understand client needs, and translate requirements into compelling visual solutions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in executing design projects.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for design.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
