We'd love to hear from youif you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in GraphicDesign
  • Experience in urban design, urbanplanning or GIS related projects
  • Experience inillustrative design and typography
  • A portfolioshowcasing design projects, including academic work, internships,or personal projects.
  • Excellent proficiency inpresentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and familiaritywith AI-powered presentation tools.
  • Strongunderstanding of design principles, typography, color theory, andlayout composition.
  • Excellent communicationskills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teammembers.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow ina fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detailand a commitment to delivering high-qualitywork.
  • Ability to accept feedback andconstructive criticism positively.
  • Basicknowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print is aplus.

  • User-CenteredDesign: Designing with the user experience in mind,ensuring that websites, apps, and other digital products are notonly visually appealing but also functional and easy touse.
  • Wireframing andPrototyping: Creating wireframes and prototypes forwebsites and apps to visualize layouts and interactions beforedevelopment begins.
  • UsabilityTesting: Conducting usability tests to assess howusers interact with designs and making improvements based onfindings.

1.Advanced DesignSkills

  • Brandingand Identity Design: Creating and evolving visualidentities for brands, including logos, color palettes, typography,and design guidelines that communicate a brand's valuesand personality.
  • Print andDigital Design: Expertise in designing for bothprint media (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.) and digital media(websites, social media, email templates,etc.).
  • Illustration:Ability to create custom illustrations or integrate them intodesign work for a unique, brandedlook.
  • Typography:A deep understanding of typography, including font pairing, letterspacing, and readability to enhance the visual appeal andfunctionality of designs.
  • Layoutand Composition: Mastery in the arrangement of text,images, and other visual elements to create balanced, aestheticallypleasing designs.

2.CreativeDirection

  • ConceptDevelopment: Leading the ideation andconceptualization of design projects, including brainstorming andexploring creative approaches that align with client goals andbrand messaging.
  • DesignStrategy: Developing design strategies thateffectively communicate the desired message to the target audience,ensuring alignment with overall marketing or communicationgoals.
  • CreativeLeadership: Guiding and mentoring junior designers,offering feedback, and ensuring design standards are met acrossprojects.

3. SoftwareProficiency

  • AdobeCreative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other design tools forboth print and digital designprojects.
  • Web DesignTools: Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Sketch,Figma, Adobe XD) to create responsive layouts, wireframes, andprototypes.
  • 3DDesign: Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g.,Cinema 4D, Blender) for creating three-dimensional visuals,animations, or productrenderings.
  • Prototyping and UI/UXDesign: Experience in prototyping and wireframingusing tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure, and understanding ofuser interface (UI) and user experience (UX)principles.

4. BrandStrategy and MarketingKnowledge

  • BrandConsistency: Ensuring consistent application ofbrand guidelines across all design touchpoints, creating designsthat reflect a unified brandexperience.
  • MarketingAlignment: Understanding how design fits into largermarketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, andadvertising campaigns.
  • TargetAudience Analysis: Tailoring designs to specifictarget audiences, considering demographics, preferences, andcommunication channels.

5.ProjectManagement

  • ClientInteraction: Communicating effectively with clientsto understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives, andensuring those are met throughout the designprocess.
  • TimeManagement: Managing multiple projectssimultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines withoutsacrificingquality.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with copywriters, marketing teams, developers,photographers, and other professionals to deliver cohesiveprojects.
  • BudgetManagement: Keeping track of project budgets andresources, ensuring designs are delivered within financialconstraints.
