ProjectData Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivatedand detailoriented Project/Data Analyst to join our team. Thisposition will focus on supporting the effective execution ofeducational programs and projects by leveraging data analysis toenhance decisionmaking program outcomes and overall efficiency. Therole involves working closely with project teams faculty andstakeholders to track progress analyze data and deliver insightfulreports that support continuous improvement in our educationalofferings.

ProjectManagementSupport:

• ProjectCoordination: Assist in the planning development andexecution of educational programs initiatives and events. Helpcoordinate activities resources and timelines to ensure smoothdelivery.
  
• Tracking ProgramProgress: Monitor key milestones timelines and outcomesfor educational projects and programs. Provide regular updates toproject leads and stakeholders on the status of ongoinginitiatives.
  
• ResourceManagement: Help in resource allocation for variouseducational programs and initiatives ensuring that the requiredmaterials staff and facilities areavailable.
  
• StakeholderEngagement: Support communication with various internaland external stakeholders including faculty administrative staffstudents and partners to ensure the alignment of project objectivesand expectations.
  
• Risk& Issue Management: Assist in identifyingpotential risks or challenges related to educational projects andhelp develop solutions to mitigate any negative impact on timelinesoroutcomes.
  

DataCollection &Analysis:

• Student& Program Data: Collect and analyze data relatedto student performance program effectiveness student engagement andoverall educational outcomes. This includes grades attendancesurveys and feedback.
  
• DataIntegrity & Management: Ensure that all collecteddata is accurate uptodate and stored in appropriate systems foreasy retrieval andanalysis.
  
• Qualitative& Quantitative Analysis: Analyze both qualitativeand quantitative data to identify trends and insights that canimprove educational outcomes program design anddelivery.
  
• Surveys &Feedback: Design distribute and analyze surveys forstudents faculty and other stakeholders to evaluate theeffectiveness of educational programs andservices.
  
• PerformanceMetrics: Develop and track key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure the success and impact of educational programs.Use data to provide insights forimprovement.
  

Reporting&Visualization:

• DashboardCreation: Design and maintain dashboards and reports tovisually represent program progress student outcomes and keymetrics providing easytounderstand summaries for leadership andstakeholders.
  
• DataDrivenInsights: Present actionable insights derived from dataanalysis offering recommendations for program improvements andstrategicdecisionmaking.
  
• RegularReporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on studentperformance program effectiveness resource usage and projectstatus.
  

RequirementsBachelors Degree in Education Business Analytics Data ScienceStatistics or a relatedfield.
Provenexperience (2 years) as a Project Analyst Data Analyst orin a similar role preferably within the education sector or in arole with a focus on educationalprograms.
