Roles and responsibilities
  • Analyze data and isresponsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions,driving/influencing inter-functiondecisions.
  • Use SQL and Tableau/QuickSight togenerate insights, analyze opportunities, identify patterns andimplement proactive solutions.
  • Identify rootcauses for returns, customer contacts & work with WWSubject Matter experts and Tech teams to work on implementingCorrective-Preventive Action and and identify opportunities forAutomation.
  • Excellent Internal/ExternalStakeholder Management

Key jobresponsibilities

Build scalableproducts/solutions which will result in defect reduction leading tocustomer contacts & returns and enhance the customerexperience in Amazon.

BasicQualifications

  • 3+ years of business analyst, dataanalyst or similar role experience
  • 3+ years ofExcel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots,etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableauexperience
  • Experience defining requirements andusing data and metrics to draw businessinsights
  • Experience withExcel
  • Experience withSQL
  • Experience making business recommendationsand influencing stakeholders

PreferredQualifications

  • 5+ years of business analyst, dataanalyst or similar role experience
  • Experiencepartnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solvingbusiness issues
  • Bachelor's degree infinance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics,mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitativefield
  • Experience working with AWSService
  • Advanced ability to draw insights fromanalysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to thestakeholders and senior management asrequired
  • Be self-driven, and show ability todeliver on ambiguous projects with incompletedata

  • Understandingof the retail industry, including market trends, consumer behavior,competitive landscape, and pricingstrategies.
  • Ability to apply industry knowledgeto solve retail-specific challenges and help businesses staycompetitive.

  • Strong knowledgeof financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROIanalysis.
  • Ability to evaluate the financialimpact of business decisions, promotions, and inventory managementstrategies.

4.Inventory Management and Supply ChainOptimization

  • Knowledgeof inventory control techniques and supply chain bestpractices.
  • Ability to analyze inventory levels,order cycles, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levelsand minimize out-of-stocksituations.

5.Problem-Solving and CriticalThinking

  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills to address complex businesschallenges, such as optimizing sales or improving operationalefficiencies.
  • Ability to think critically andpropose solutions that align with the organization'sbusiness objectives.

  • Experiencein analyzing business processes and recommending improvements toincrease efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customerexperience.
