Our ecosystem is world changing from healthcare to agriculture education to industry the applications of our technology are truly limitless.About the RoleAre you an experienced Product Owner or Champion looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further advance your skills and career in a great working environment If you are a highlymotivated individual with a genuine interest in technology a passion to deliver cuttingedge products we have the perfect job for you We are seeking a strong software Product Owner to work with our dream team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industryleading products.What youll doPartners with key stakeholders and customers across the organization to define the product vision strategy features and prioritization.Performs market analysis to assess market needs and availability of similar products while understanding everyones needsCreates and maintains the product roadmap and growth opportunitiesPlan and prioritize the product features backlog and support the crossfunctional teams during the development stage to make sure all deadlines are met based on the product roadmap.Provides backlog management iteration planning and elaborating the epics features user stories and acceptance test criteria.Performs product backlog grooming with required stakeholders to ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.Inspect and evaluate product progress and review each iteration outcomeEnsuring that goals scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.Prepares mock wireframe and prototypes to facilitate better requirement gathering processes with clients and the product team.Removing impediments and clarify the requirements to the development team to keep progress toward the sprint goal.Participates in the presales demos and discussions to establish and document the client requirements.Prepares and maintains the product documentations.Prepares training materials user manuals and provide training to the product end users.Works closely with Project Managers to maintain the product backlog for the customer changes and new features related to each project.Keeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsParticipates in reviewing the product design with the UX team and provide potential improvement whenever applicable to ensure the user experience is aligned with the domain standards.Plays a main role between the architecture and SME team and the development team to prepare the functional design documentation modeling and workshops based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.The skills youll need58 years of experience with similar recent equivalent experienceMinimum of bachelors degreeCertification in business analysis or agile product owner is highly desiredIndepth knowledge of Agile process and principlesExperience with frameworks and processes related to digital product developmentExperience in continuous ideation product design iterative development deployment & adoptionChangemakers problem solvers questioners and good facilitatorsSolid organizational skills including be proactive take ownership selfstarter give attention to details and excellent product owner skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentExperience working in a highlevel collaborative environment and promoting teamwork.Balance of technical knowledge and business acumenExperience in using agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira is a plusExperience in working in Artificial Intelligent and Data Science fields is a plusOur TeamEverything we do is for the good of others.
