Presales Solutions Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on the EU region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sales cycle, working closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and present compelling proposals to our customers in these regions. Your deep technical expertise and understanding of Telna's product offerings in the consumer and IoT space will be essential in driving business growth and customer success in these diverse and rapidly evolving markets.
What you will do -
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and gather technical requirements for proposed consumer and IoT solutions in the EU region.
- Design and architect scalable connectivity, consumer, and IoT solutions that align with Telna's product portfolio and the specific requirements of customers in these regions.
- Create technical proposals, solution designs, and presentations that effectively communicate the value of Telna's offerings, focusing on consumer, IoT, and telecommunications solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations with customers, addressing their questions and concerns with a focus on their business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Telna's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive offerings in the consumer and IoT markets.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) with accurate and detailed technical content.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet the required standards.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to improve Telna's products and solutions for the EU region.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, white papers, and case studies that highlight Telna's capabilities and customer success stories in consumer and IoT sectors.
What you will bring -
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Presales Solution Architect or similar role within the telecommunications, consumer, or IoT industry, with a focus on the EU region.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of connectivity solutions, networking protocols, cloud technologies, and IoT platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of roaming, MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), and MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) business models.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to design and architect solutions that address complex customer requirements.
- Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel within the EU region as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and standards in the EU region.
- Familiarity with Telna's product suite or similar connectivity solutions in the consumer and IoT industry.
- Experience with software development and API integration is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those relevant to the region, is an advantage.
