We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocusedF&B Supervisor to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As anF&B Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring thesmooth operation of our food and beverage outlets deliveringexceptional service to our guests while leading and motivating yourteam.
- Oversee daily operations ofassigned food and beverage outlets ensuring high standards ofservice and customer satisfaction
- Lead trainand motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintainservice excellence
- Monitor and maintain qualityportion control and presentation standards for all food andbeverage items
- Ensure compliance with healthsafety and hygiene regulations in all F&Bareas
- Manage inventory place orders and controlcosts to meet budgetary targets
- Handle guestinquiries feedback and complaints promptly andprofessionally
- Collaborate with otherdepartments to enhance overall guestexperience
- Assist in developing andimplementing new F&B concepts andpromotions
- Conduct regular staff meetings andperformance evaluations
- Maintain accuraterecords and prepare reports as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cash handling andproficiency in POS systems
- Solid understandingof food and beverage operations and customer service standards inhospitality
- Knowledge of food safety andhygiene regulations
- Ability to make effectivedecisions and work under pressure
- Physicalstamina to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 20 lbswhen necessary
- Flexibility to work variousshifts including nights weekends andholidays
- Post Secondary Degree in Hospitalityor Food and Beverage Management is anasset
- Proficiency in English; knowledge ofArabic or other languages is a plus
- Must beeligible to work in the United ArabEmirates
