What you will bedoing:

  • Guest Services:Welcome visitors with a warm smile efficiently manage their checkinand checkout processes and quickly respond to their requests andconcerns.
  • Reservations Management: Managebookings handle cancellations and make changes to reservationsaccurately through the hotels property management system(PMS).
  • Communication: Share details about thehotels facilities services and nearby places of interest.Communicate clearly with guests the cleaning staff and otherdepartments.
  • Issue Resolution: Address guestcomplaints and problems with a professional approach always aimingto ensure guest happiness.
  • Office Tasks: Carryout a variety of officerelated tasks like organizing files enteringdata and keeping uptodate records ofguests.
  • Billing and Collections: Take care ofpayments manage cash and make sure all bills are correctly chargedfor every transaction.
  • Security: Uphold thehotels safety by keeping an eye on the front desk area andreporting any unusualbehavior.

Qualifications:

  • Minimumexperience of two years in a similar role in 5star LuxuryHotel.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Operasystem.
  • The ability to work under pressuremultitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues isrequired.
  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills and pride in personalpresentation.
  • A people person who is able tomake genuine connections with their colleagues andguests.
  • A genuine passion for customer servicewith a strong focus on always making our guests feel welcome duringtheirstay.
