Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman/CEOs schedule and plan meetingsaccompany the CEO on business trips to differentcountriesasrequired.
  • Monitor and respond toemails correspondence and phone calls on behalf of theChairman/CEO.
  • Possess a strong understandingof contracts with experience in analyzing and providing insights.Capable of reviewing contracts offering feedback and conducting aninitial validation before presenting them tothechairman.
  • Prepare reports presentations and other documents asrequired by the Chairman/CEO.
  • Manage projectsand undertake research on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
  • Attend meetings with the Chairman/CEO and take notes andminutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between theChairman/CEO and all other stakeholders internally andexternally.
  • Handle confidential informationwith complete discretion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similarrole preferably with at least 15 years of professionalexperience.
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Accounting Finance or Commerce.
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to review and interpret financial datacontracts and other documents.
  • Excellentorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability toprioritize workload effectively.
  • Outstandingverbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevantsoftware.
  • Ability to work independently andunder pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence discretion andprofessionalism.
  • Flexible and adaptableapproach to work with a positive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally with theChairman.
