Responsibilities:


•Preparation of month, quarter, and year-end US GAAP financialstatements


• Assist in the preparationfor capital calls, distributions and allocations toinvestors


• Maintenance of underlyingaccounting records


• Preparation ofjournal entries which allocate income/loss frominvestments


• Analysis of daily cashtransactions and flows of funds


•Prepare debt reconciliations and roll forwards for severalfacilities


• Resolve investmentaccounting issues involving complex investmentstructures


• Assist manager in resolvingproblems/issues in a timely manner


•Special projects and analyses

Qualifications:


•Bachelor Degree in Accounting


• CPA orCPA candidate is a plus


• Minimum of twoyears of professional accounting experience required; preferably inpublic accounting, tax accounting, investment Company accounting orreal estate accounting
