Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat various obstetric and gynecologic conditions
Perform gynecological surgeries, such as hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and colposcopies
Provide comprehensive prenatal care, manage pregnancies, and perform deliveries
Conduct routine gynecological examinations and screenings
Offer counseling and education on family planning, contraception, and reproductive health
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in obstetrics and gynecology

Requirements

Medical degree
Completion of a recognized residency program in obstetrics and gynecology
Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating obstetric and gynecologic conditions
Expertise in performing gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and colposcopies
Strong knowledge of prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and effectively communicate with patients
Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues in obstetrics and gynecology
