JobDescription:
As an Ecommerce Executive you willbe responsible for managing and optimizing our online saleschannels. You will work closely with our marketing logistics andproduct teams to ensure seamless operations and maximizerevenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize listings on Amazon FBA Noon FBN and othervendor portals.
Develop and implement strategiesto increase online sales and enhance customerexperience.
Monitor and analyze salesperformance and market trends to identify opportunities forgrowth.
Coordinate with the logistics team toensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Maintainaccurate inventory levels and manage stockreplenishments.
Handle customer inquiries andresolve issues promptly to ensure customersatisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketingteam to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitors and adjust pricing strategiesaccordingly.
Generate regular sales reports andprovide insights to the managementteam.
Requirements:
Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms specificallyAmazon FBA and Noon FBN.
Strong understanding ofvendor portals and ecommerce operations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data andmake datadriven decisions.
Strong organizationaland timemanagement skills.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Ability to work independently and aspart of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
